County Blanks Division had an opportunity to take on some new business with an existing client, the volumes were high but there was a catch, in order to sucessfully secure the business we had to initially turnaround 42 million labels in 5 days, over the Christmas period.

With a standard two tier shift system in place, multiskilled operators, the right attitude and sheer hard work and commitment from all concerned, County Labels Blank Division delivered the full order on time, much to the delight of the client.

Interesting statistics include:

  • converted over 150 miles of raw material
  • used 42,000 individual carboard cores
  • individually shrinkwrapped 42,000 labels rolls
